Classic Apple pie, which of course we did a bit more useful.

Ingredients
Flour (whole wheat)2 cups
Apple (mashed)300 g
Juice (Apple)1 Cup
Apple 3 PC.
Sugar (cane or coconut)½ Cup
Soda (or baking powder)½ tsp
Vanilla 1 pinch
Cinnamon 1 pinch
1. In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon.
2. In another bowl, mix applesauce, juice and sugar. Stir well until smooth.
3. Pour liquid mixture into dry mix and add sliced apples.
4. At the bottom of the silicone mold lay out some sliced apples and pour the prepared dough.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
