A wedding is always touching, romantic, beautiful and… expensive. When the future newlyweds Jeremy and Rachel sat down, finally, menu planning, guest-list and discussion of the many organizational aspects, they realized that a wedding — not a field. And then Rachel said, “why don’t we get married in Iceland?”.
Over the next few weeks, with no clear plans, Jeremy and Rachel spent in the van traveling around this amazing country. They climbed glaciers, went under waterfalls, played with the wild horses on the flood plains, explored the incredible beauty of the mosses and relaxed in natural hot springs. And all this — in search of the perfect place where they would want to get married.
One day they came across the ancient ruins of the old Church — the only thing that existed in this area long after the eruption. Lava flows miraculously skirted the Church and did not dare it without a trace. After seeing this place, the pair realized that I had found what I was looking for. Here happy couple exchanged wedding rings and swore each other eternal love. Perhaps it was the intimate oath of the newlyweds, for the witness they had only Nature. Hoop, newly-married couples jumped into the van and continued their journey.
We wish them happiness and long life!
