Creativity is always multi-faceted and sometimes manifest unexpectedly.
Instead of paint, as all elementary school teacher from San Jose, Russell Powell draws incredibly realistic portraits directly on his palm, and then prints the resulting image on paper. He does it quickly enough to not dry and the imprint is manifested as a more detailed, allowing the lines on his palm to be part of such a kind works of art.
Sam Powell calls this process “hand-stamping” and even incorporates such projects into their lessons.
One thing I can say for sure: these amazing portraits are really brilliant!
